We visited Nerano late on a Tuesday evening for a quick plate of pasta, and were pleased to find this place open. We were made very welcome. The only other table that was occupied when we'd arrived left shortly after, but nonetheless we didn't feel rushed to order and finish our food. There were a couple of specials available on the board, which on a different evening I may have chosen, but instead, this evening, I had a good idea of what I fancied. Fortunately, the menu offered a varied choice of dishes including vegan and vegetarian options. The italian waiters were attentive, pleasant natured, and helpful. They were happy and forthcoming with advice about dishes and we were made to feel comfortable and unhurried. The food arrived quickly (we only had a main) and was very good, meeting our expectations and 'hitting the spot'. At another time, I may say the food is excellent, wonderful, or even out of this world; but tonight it just needed to be a good plate of pasta. And that's exactly what we got. I'll be pleased to visit Nerano when Im next in town, and no doubt will have a wonderful meal, which I'll look forward to until then. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.

The staff were very welcoming on arriving and continued with attentive but not overbearing service. For starters we had king prawns and mushrooms, with home made bread, and shared. I had a self created pizza - margarita, olives, onions, anchovy, chilli and a drizzle of olive oil, my partner had Arrabbiata pasta and both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and it was no surprise how busy they were. I would advise you to book! We will definitely return.

I took my Family here to celebrate my Husband’s 60th. We have a Son who’s autistic and can’t deal with crowded places or loud noises. This makes going out tricky sometimes but the staff here were amazing! They knew about autism. They put us in a quiet area which they said they would keep clear of other diners for us. They even put a Happy Birthday banner up for my Husband! Service and food were exceptional and I have just booked again to take my Dad for his 81st! Five stars. Definitely a must go restaurant!

The star of the evening was a calzone that could only be described as perfection wrapped in dough. Crisp on the outside, yet bursting with gooey cheese and meat fillings that made each bite a blissful experience. It’s the kind of dish that makes you question why you’d ever order anything else. Not to be outdone, the pasta arrived, a plate of perfectly andante ribbons with chicken and mushrooms in a sauce that tasted like it had been simmering for generations. The balance of flavors was so on point, you’d think the recipe was whispered directly from an old Italian cookbook passed down through the ages. The atmosphere was the cherry on top: cozy yet lively, with just the right mix of chatter, music and clinking glasses. It’s the kind of place where you linger over your last sip of wine, not because you’re still thirsty, but because you’re not quite ready to leave. In short, this restaurant doesn’t just feed your hunger—it feeds your soul.

Came here for a birthday meal and the staff were nothing short of fantastic. We arrived to a birthday balloon they had put on the table for us which was a lovely touch. I have a mushroom allergy and they were very accommodating- I had the risotto and it was delicious! My family also loved their food- excellent portions and came quickly. We were then surprised with a desert for the birthday girl which she loved. This is a place that cares about their customers and their experience. The food alone is enough for us to look forward to our next visit, however the staff made it. Thank you!!

A solid Italian restaurant in the heart of Devizes. Excellent service and a great place for a birthday, celebration or just a nice meal. Good homemade pizzas, fresh pasta and wonderful desserts.

Authentic Italian food, good service, warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.
